Shipping and Returns

As most of our products are made to order we endeavour to have them shipped within 14 days of you ordering. 

Products are sent with Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent via email. 

Bulky goods like trailer beds may be vacuum packed to save on postage costs. Please open the parcel as soon as possible to allow the product to expand before use.

Products can be returned unused and replaced if there is a fault or it's not the product you ordered.

I have a repair service in the off chance your dog decides the product tastes as good as it looks.
